Cycle: Disconnection detail 2

This is a detail of my work "cycle", related in concept to my other work "disconnection" (see [link] to read about concept)

This is the representation of people "connected" via technology (here it's a glass sheet figuratively referring to a computer screen, representing "chat"). The glass sheet has been scratched and slightly sandblasted, representing "white noise" (like that crackly white fuzz you get on TV between channel stations) - the screen is rather obscured, like a "connection" via the computer screen which is rather limited - you never really know who's on the other side. Details and identity can be changed or faked. ((Of course there are now better technology tools such as web cams, but not everyone have these, or need or want them.))

You can kind of see the glass figure on the other side of the glass sheet.
